Lost at Sea of Internet Marketing

During the Lunar New Year season,

I’ve been telling to countless people on what I do.
About Internet Marketing and the usage of it.

Alot of times, I have to say that Internet Marketing is NOT a scam, or anything unethical.
I guess I got some friends who are into p.orn and thought that IM is about links passing from one page to the other.
Haha! I almost laughed my head off. Really! :D

Well, as we all know IM is not a scam, although alot of strategies are derived from the p.orn industry.
But hey, we can adapt and change to our own industry. :)

Another fallacy is that many people think it’s a get-rich-quick scheme, where they install a blog and suddenly, a million dollars would appear into their bank account. Sorry to burst your bubble, but it doesn’t happen that way. hahaha…

Really, invest in your education, invest time in finding your mentors.

Oh yes, I’ve noticed one thing, people complain the fact that they cannot find a mentor and they do hideous things by going up to a complete stranger on whether they would be your mentor. It’s like me going up to a pretty gal on the streets and ask her to marry me! ha.
No, instead of you going up to them and asking them to be your mentor.

I guess it’s better to ask them on how YOU can be of service to them. By easing their workload and to share their burden?
The important thing is to bring value to your mentors. :)

Hope this small ramble helps you a little bit. :D

Cheers,
Ming Chern

Hmmmm good food for thought. So is there anything I can help you with to ease your burden? :D

  2. hi yuliana,

    well, i’ve tons to unload,

but hey, i can’t be your mentor, i’m still learning.

Stuart or Andrew or Ryan would be a better choice of mentors. :)
