The Secret To Success
Alrite alrite, I’ve not attended Patterns Of Excellence yet, but i’m a strong follower of Anthony Robbins! 
First of all, I thank those who left those strongs words of encouragment at my previous blog. It’s a motivation to push on.
I guess, one of the main reasons is I look at Internet Marketing as a business.
It’s that simple.
Well, the sentence is simple, but the meaning runs really deep.
Here’s why…
I’m comparing doing Internet Marketing as a Hobby VS a Business.
You do Hobby as a part-time thingie, where you would indulge yourself in your passion during your spare time.
You probably would spend a couple hours per week? Depending on how free you are.
Thus, there would be times when you would not go into your hobby for a couple of weeks or even months.
Coming to expenditure part, you may spend alot, but you only spend when you can afford to OR when you felt like it.
Now, coming back to doing Internet Marketing from a business point of view,
you work on your business on a daily basis. There are NO holidays, NO day-offs.
You mind is constantly on improving your business systems, processes, cashflow, etc…
When I started, I spend 5 hours on weekdays, 12 hours on weekends doing Internet Marketing.
Mostly reading and building my foundation.
Mind you, this happens when I was holding my day job. I reach home at about 7pm, and by the time I settle down at 8pm, I would spend 5 solid hours and stop at about 1am every single day. This was how committed I am.
The 2nd thing I wanna touch on is how we spend money. Hosting, list building software, research tools for SEO and Keywords are all essentials of our business. How many Internet Marketers spend most of their time coming up with excuses on why they can’t afford it?
Heck, when I attend Stuart’s Huge Cheques Monthly for S$3000, I couldn’t afford it, but I found a way to afford it.
I couldn’t afford my hosting, list building software:GetResponse, SEO or Keyword software, but I found a way.
It’s a matter of mindset shift.
I decided that business is more important. I forgo my holiday, my movies, my indulgence in other luxuries in life.
Alrite alrite, I’m not that great, I still indulge in my favourite TOFU! hahahaha…
but seriously, It’s a matter of how you look at something.
If you desperately need this, or else you’ll die a terrible death, you’ll do whatever it takes to come up with that money.
So for estee, who left a message on how I did it?
This is how I did it. By simply looking at Internet Marketing as a business and having a proper mindset to support it.
