Looking Back Year 2007…

Sunday, December 9th, 2007

This blog post is inspired by Jacklyn, who is a very good friend of mine, also teaching me the meaning of life through her life stories. Thank you Jacklyn, for being a guiding beacon in my life! :)

Hmmm, how should I start? This year has been a pretty interesting year for me. It is for me to discover more about myself, my limitations, my goals, my inspirations and my focus.

I began the year helping Stuart in the Internet Marketing department of Adam Khoo Learning Tech Group. As I had only started IM about 4 months before I moved fully into IM, I quickly realized that I have tons to learn. We started off the year pushing the product Internet Money Secrets 2007, only to be canceled during March when John & Rich couldn’t make it here.

After that, I witness the power of masters at work, (more…)

Sour Tofu Again

Oh man, after the technical training on Tuesday, I woke up to find myself with a huuuge headache.

Thinking that the headache will just go away after breakfast and coffee, so I went to work.

Never did I know that it’s slowly spiraling downwards to become a huge headache and I started to feel nauseated.

Love Heals

Tuesday, August 7th, 2007

Alrite, this is totally unrelated, but as I was cleaning up my desktop at home, i found the poem that I wrote to my wife about 7 years ago. It’s a little corny, but I think I still like it. :) It’s one of my first attempts at writing a poem that rhymes… haha…

LOVE HEALS
- DEDICATED TO AIYUN -

To love or be loved,
Which is the cozy cove?
To shower with infinite devotion,
Or better to bask under such affections?
Here was I loving her with all my might,
But fear was I not her shining armour knight.
Frazzled with all the sorrows,
Why not just reside in a burrow?
Troubled and vexed with love’s pain,
But what do I stand to gain?
Bring forth an answer that I know not,
Show me a road that I see not,
Thus I can retire to my cot.
Dear God I beg of you,
Realize of how I feel,
And let our hearts heal.
Was I in the wrong?
I don’t want her gone,
Cos’ she’s my angelic swan.
Let not a moment of folly,
Break our moments of merry,
Last but not least of all,
Love me always and let us not fall.

Back from Empowerment Camp

Monday, July 16th, 2007

Wow, last weekend was really powerful.
It was my first Patterns Of Excellence coaching.

All I can say that it was simply awesome! When people first walked through the doors, they walked in with alot of reservations and unsure of what’s supposed to come. Throughout the 3.5 days, I’ve seen so many transformation with my group and at the end of the day, I saw them morph into the people that they want to.

But the most important thing of all was my wife went thru the camp too and I saw a great change in her. :)
She too walked through the doors with fear and anticipation, but after several gurelling days, she has transformed and there is now a certain aura around here. She’s become a much more confident person. Though she still is a bit slow today, but mostly because of the lack of sleep! hehehe….
I’m sure she knows it’s been beneficial for her.

Hmm, I can’t make sense of what I’m typing here, also due to the lack of sleep. 3 hours rest per day does throw you into the illusional state sometimes! hahaha…

I’m be posting more on IM tech stuffs very soon. Stay tuned! :)
