Talking about adsense layout to increase conversion,
that translates into more moolahs.
MY reply is, dun worry about the money OR layout, focus on the traffic…
So basically, what i’m saying about adsense layout is:
IT DOESN’T MATTER !!!
well, at least in the beginning….
why? let’s do the maths…
assuming you have 1000 ppl coming in to your website per day
and on the average CTR is about 2% ?
Therefore you have 20 ppl clicking on your ads…
wait, if in the beginning, you have 30 ppl coming in per day,…
2% is about…. 0.6 person clicking on your ads! hahaa…
Therefore, in the beginning, focus on your traffic!

Now that you got the basics that is to focus on traffic first,
we can now talk about the layout.
I’ve consumed a few products that talked about adsense layout and damn,
everyone have their own winning layout placing.
So I guess it’s not about the layout.
For your information, some experts want the golden triangle, which is at the top left hand corner of the page.
The other is to place the ads all the way to the right, because they said it’s easier to get ‘accident’ clicks.
Some other people would be to place the ads within the blog post and very near an image, so as to disguise.
Yes, disguise. The thing common among all layout is disguise.
We need to disguise our ads so that it blends and looks like just another link on your website.
