There is so much things happening to the economy nowadays.
With the rising oil price hitting new highs every now & then, it has been very interesting just tracking the price.

I remember just beginning of last year when petrol price is the low end of $1 and I’m already complaining about the price.
Recently, in just 5 months, the oil price has increased so many times.
And today, the price hits $2.186.

This doesn’t come as a surprise, cos my friend Wong, who is a trader always tells me when oil price hit new highs.
So i always know there’s about 2 weeks before the price goes up again.
Although the interesting part was that it was only $2.02 2 weeks ago, last thursday it hit $2.077, today it has hit $2.186.
Very interesting.

So when price hit this high, the natural tendency for me is to go back to malaysia to pump petrol, but guess what?
The Malaysian government has decided that no Singapore cars can pump petrol 50KM radius of the borders.
This is one of the moments that I say I’m damn ashamed to be a malaysian.

As I was reading the newspapers on the interview on the petrol pump owners, this act will force a lot of them out of business, simply because the majority of their sales comes from Singapore cars.

What I would have preferred is that Singapore cars have no subsidies. Why? It’s because people still go in to do business, how can they survive without being able to top up?

In any case, while everyone is cutting back on their expenditure to meet the rising prices, I’ll be doing something else, is to make more money.
There’s only so much I can cut from my daily expenses, but there’s sooo much more potential in creating income & profits for myself.
So I guess, the mindset is different ba.

So all internet marketers, focus on making the money and ensure that rising prices on commodities are just a drop to the ocean.
